UPS 2009 Peak-season guarantees:
Commitment times for air and international shipments delivered within the
United States and Puerto Rico
will be extended by 90 minutes on the following days: Nov. 27, Dec. 18–24 and
Dec. 31. International air shipments picked up or delivered in the
United States are guaranteed throughout the
holiday season. The guarantee for all
U.S. air services and UPS 3 Day Select is
suspended for shipments picked up on Dec. 21, 22 and 23. The guarantee also is
suspended for UPS Ground and UPS Standard packages picked up or scheduled for
delivery between Dec. 11 and Dec. 24. For further details, visit ups.com for UPS

Holiday Schedule (November 15 - January 15)
Please note the daily postings on our
website’s header regarding lead times for processing orders. Because UPS does
not pick-up on Saturday or Sunday, these days are not considered as part of
transit time for the package delivery.
During the month of December, we will work
day and night to make sure all orders are shipped in time for Christmas but we
ask you, our valued customer, to help us out by making the correct shipping
option. At the bottom of this page is a UPS map that will let you know the
transit times and guide you in determining the best shipment method i.e. Ground,
3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Overnight etc.

Be sure to include any shipping instructions (i.e. No signature required, Leave
at front/back door etc.) to your order, if you wish to do so.

Since we are offering Free UPS Ground
Shipping in USA on orders $99 and up (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), and
we would like you to take advantage of this great offer, take the lead time for
order processing and transit times into consideration when you decide what kind
of shipping method is best for your needs.

guarantee any deliveries. We can only deliver on our promise of shipping the
order within the posted lead time and more often than not, we are ahead of our
schedule.

Regular Schedule (January 16 - November 14)
Currently we use UPS Ground (default method) for all regular orders, US Postal
Service Priority Shipping for APO and FPO
orders only.
APO and FPO customers please call us, we have to place
these orders over the phone for you - we do apologize for the inconvenience! We
do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
All orders, placed during weekdays before 5 pm, are shipped within 1-2 business
days and usually take between 5-7 business days via UPS Ground and 1-3 business
days to arrive if Overnight or 2nd Day Air is selected once shipped.

Non-monogrammed Overnight orders will be shipped 1 business day after the order
is placed. If you have placed the order by 4.30 p.m. eastern time on a business
day and would like it to ship the same day please call us.
If monogramming is requested, it may take 2-3 business days additional.
If you have any special requests about delivery (overnight, overseas etc.),
please call us and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
We have been known to monogram and ship orders within hours for special
circumstances and overnight orders for many happy customers!

Please note that although UPS does offer GROUND shipping to
Hawaii and Alaska,
we are unable to honor Free Shipping to these states due to very high shipping
costs.

Canadian and Overseas Customers

There's no free shipping available to
Canada
or other international destinations.

All international customers who would like to find out shipping costs may enter
their entire order including their credit card information to obtain shipping
charges, and if they choose not to place an order in the end NOT click on "Place
your order" button - none of the information will be captured.

Most countries have customs fees, taxes and brokerage fees that are
responsibility of the customer. We advise you to call UPS to find out what these
charges might be. Thirsty Towels, LLC. will not be responsible for these
charges. If customer refuses the package at time of delivery, order, delivery or
any other fees will not be refunded.
