PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT, DURING HOLIDAY SEASON, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELIVERY DELAYS CAUSED BY CARRIERS SUCH AS UPS, USPS, FEDEX ET. THEIR SCHEDULE MAY EXPERIENCE INTERRUPTION DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND SHIPPING FEES UNLESS THE DELAY IS SPECIFICALLY CAUSED BY OUR COMPANY. IF YOU WOULD LIKE, YOU CAN SEND US AN E-MAIL, AT THE SAME TIME OF PLACING THE ORDER ASKING TO WAVE THE SIGNATURE REQUEST AND CARRIER MAY LEAVE THE PACKAGE WITHOUT A PERSON PRESENT, AT HIS OR HER DISCRETION. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES SHOWN DELIVERED BY THE CARRIER.

Back Orders: If one or more of the items you ordered has a later ship date, we will hold the entire order until we have all items in stock. In order to be able to offer our Free Shipping, we must adhere to this policy. If you need any of the items before the ship-date, please contact us to make arrangements. Thank you.

Please know that in most cases your orders are going receive attention as soon as they are placed and if we can, we will ship it before the above mentioned times. While we do not recommend this and it is very difficult for us to interrupt the streamline and delay an order, if you do not want an order shipped before a certain time frame please get in touch with us. If you have urgency or special needs also do not hesitate to call, we will accommodate you as best as we can.

SHIPPING:

Ground Shipping transit times may take 7-10 days, after the order is shipped out of our warehouse.

Shipments are made from our warehouse in Ohio, 43213.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Most countries have customs fees, taxes and brokerage fees that are the responsibility of customer. We have been notified by UPS that to Canada, orders below $200 USD will have a flat $15 brokerage fee (plus the duty imposed by Canadian government AND the local tax imposed by the local Canadian authorities) by UPS but if you are concerned, please call your local UPS to find out what the exact charges might be. Thirsty Towels, LLC will not be responsible for these charges and is not going to be able to refund the order and shipping charges if customer refuses the package at time of delivery. We may choose to ship International (including Canada) packages via US Postal Service to offset variable brokerage fees (duty and tax is non-negotiable) imposed by other carriers. If you would like us to use US Post Office or have any objections to this you must state this in the "Notes to Merchant" section in your order. US Post Office rates are more expensive than UPS. We will contact you to get payment for the additional fees should you choose to ship your package via USPS.
  Please make your selection carefully as we can not accept any returns from orders shipped outside of USA. If an item is returned/refused without our written consent, any return shipping fees and/or duty, customs and brokorage fees charged to us will be deducted from the account.

• Currently we use USPS and UPS Ground. We reserve the right to substitute carriers but still use the promised shipping method. We do apologize for this inconvenience however we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

• After reviewing order processing times please choose the appropriate shipping method that fits your needs. 

• Be sure to include any shipping instructions (i.e. No signature required) to your order, if you wish to do so.

• Please note that we CAN NOT guarantee any deliveries. Overnight or 2nd Day Air shipping only cuts down on shipping time, not the time it takes an item to be monogrammed or processed. The only exception to this time frame would be when we receive an order to be shipped "Overnight" if any prior written arrangements have been made with us (email record).

• Overnight and 2 Day Air Orders will still receive priority for monogramming as well as shipping; however, please note that depending on the season, it may still take up to 5-6 business days for the processing time. Please be advised that we keep the right to substitute carriers if we feel it is in the best interest of the customer however the delivery method will be kept the same - next day, 2nd day air, etc.)

• Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico: Please note that although UPS does offer GROUND shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, we are unable to honor Free Shipping to these states due to very high shipping costs.

• US Postal Service Priority Shipping for APO and FPO orders only. • P.O. Boxes - We do apologize we do not ship to P.O. Boxes!

• This map only shows an estimated shipping time.

• Thirsty Towels LLC cannot guarantee any delivery times.

• These maps do not include additional days required for customs clearance for international shipments or deliveries in rural and extended delivery areas.

• We will do everything in our power to get your order out in the amount of time promised however, please be advised that we have no control over packages once they leave our possession. We cannot guarantee delivery on Express packages during incidents such as storm, flood, earthquake, accidents and other acts of nature.
